Each kitchen unit comes with a fully fitted mobile chiller to keep your food as fresh as possible under all conditions and a modern back up vehicle to ensure you get what you want and on time. Each kitchen carries a full days supply of water and can be independent of power and waste requirements when necessary.

Each unit can have a full range of meals ready to cater for all the daily requirements for over 350 people thereby reducing your labour costs.

Standard main meals consist of a choice of two meat dishes, a fish dish and a vegetarian with a complete range of vegetables, other supplements and a range of sweets. Every main meal is proceeded by a salad table with a choice of at least 20 freshly prepared salads. We can of course meet any special requests or design our menus to meet your requirements.
